"S"'s 9th birthday

Oh, it is hard not to cry... Where has the last 9 years gone. Our first born is growing up. Yes, I'm a sucker and a softy. I can't believe how fast it goes.

Another year down and I'm very proud of our son. He held true to his word, and had a great party with his 4 closest friends. Lasertag and Boston Pizza, can't get better than that. He said he was going to raise money for Mars, and he did. We sent off a check for $110.00 this week. Mars stands for Mountaineer Avian Rescue Society. They take care of wounded, abandoned or sick birds and nurse them back to health and then release them again. We are so proud and glad that giving back to the community is important to him too.
