It's been a long time

I realized this morning how long it's been since I blogged. Life has been very busy lately. I seem to remember that as much as I look forward to September and school, it has to be one of my busier months. I've been working like crazy, S has been home and returns to work mid October. I'm heading on a well deserved 5 day vacation / sebatical with one of my best girlfriends. She has 4 kids and I have 3, so you understand why we don't get to spend much time, if any, with just each other. We are planning shopping, eating and are going to fit in a couple of days at our PEO International convention in Vancouver.

Update on Ms. Biscuit: She is sleeping through the night and is almost house trained. She has an attitude and only does what she wants, but she is as adorable as the day she came home. She loves her dad "S" and he loves her. I think my husband has a new girlfriend, as he kisses her more than me. We will have to fix that.

My garden is a mess, as it has been about three weeks since I've even set foot in it. I will get out there and do my fall cleanup and moving when I get back. I miss my garden, and am starting to feel disconnected. My days off were spent looking for a new car, as my van was starting to cost more than it was worth. Miss it, but get over it when I jump in my new Nissan Pathfinder with 7 seats. Boy, does it float down the road. It is like driving on a cloud. Love, love, love it.
