A long hot summer

I know, it has been a long time since I've blogged. Life has somehow gotten busy, and priorities take over. It is nice and quiet in the house this morning, so I thought I would update. I have just been maintaining my garden, too hot to do anything else. The lake is calling our names, and the water is perfect. Mrs. Saunder's came over for the twin's bday party and has taken a pic of my beautiful dahlia. I had almost given up on taking beautiful pics with my camera, but of course she managed to take a beautiful pic. Another girlfriend, gave me a quick lesson, so now I'm going to try again. I guess it would help if I read the manual.
